Begin your journey with a warm welcome from your instructor at the base of Philopappos Hill. From there, enjoy a peaceful walk along the beautifully designed stone paths by Dimitris Pikionis—an architectural blend of nature and art that invites you to slow down and tune in.
As you ascend, the city gradually fades into stillness. At the hill’s panoramic viewpoint, with sweeping views of the Acropolis and the Athenian skyline, you’ll settle into a guided session of pranayama and meditation. Gentle breathwork helps quiet the mind and awaken the senses, followed by grounding meditation to restore inner balance and clarity.
