You’ll sample five different varieties, using the method of organoleptic testing. Clear tasting glasses allow you to appreciate the oils’ vibrant color, while your expert host guides you through each one’s unique flavor profile—peppery, fruity, grassy, or mild—sharing insights about the olive varieties, harvest techniques, and production methods that shape them.
