The sound installation "In memoriam" by Panú, is part of the Ministry of Culture’s “All of Greece, One Culture 2023" programme, which this year is dedicated to the environment.


Description

A musical / visual work / game in the form of a wind sound installation is coming to the beautiful Chora of Amorgos. A farewell song for a world that is disappearing. The carcasses of the windmills still stand imposing, the wind continues to blow, but man visits a memory. A life he has left behind. Objects and clay structures scattered on the windmill hill create musical sounds and phrases with the power of the wind. Every moment the sound changes and transforms space and time. A walking sound experience, a sound photograph, a call to let go of the voice of the wind, to play with it again. To daydream.

Ticket Details

The event is implemented in the framework of the institution "All of Greece, One Culture 2023" by the Ministry of Culture and is offered free of charge. Only the entrance fee of the archaeological site, where applicable, is paid.
