Sea of Memory: Engraved Soundscapes – a ritualistic musical experience where the ancient Greek lyre unites with live soundscapes, female voices, poetry and dance – takes place in the courtyard of the Archaeological Museum of Nikopolis, in Preveza, on 20 & 21 July 2026, as part of All of Greece, One Culture 2026.
The musical journey begins with the Odyssey and weaves through celebrated traditional songs before arriving at contemporary musical compositions. It culminates in dance inspired by archaic iconography, creating a vivid narrative setting.
All of Greece, One Culture is the landmark initiative of Greece's Ministry of Culture, now in its seventh year, bringing performances to archaeological sites, monuments and museums across the country.
