The Athens Concert Hall (Megaron) welcomes the Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra for its 100th anniversary concert in the Christos Lambrakis Hall, on 14 December 2023.
The Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra, accompanied by its principal conductor Alevtina Loffe and young pianist Alexander Malofeev, will present four symphonic works that stand out for their imaginative orchestration and lyricism (Prokofiev), their boldness and expressionistic ferocity (Bartók) and the extreme virtuosic challenges they pose to the soloists (Chopin, Liszt).
