The great Iberian diva Luz Casal comes to Athens for two unique concerts on Saturday 11 (21:00) and Sunday 12 March (20:00) at the Christmas Theater, accompanied by an impressive arrangement of musicians including the Philharmonic Orchestra of Athens.
Performing legendary hits like "Piensa en mi", "Un Ano de Amor", "No me importa nada", "Historia de un Amor" and all the songs loved by Greek audiences, the Spanish pop singer will be starring in a concert held for first time outside Spain.
Luz Casal, the "muse of Almodóvar" as she is referred to internationally, is known for her songs about universal love and passion and life itself! Her intense and expressive voice has been likened to the sea… sometimes calm and serene and sometimes heartbreakingly angry, but always captivating.
She released her first album in 1982 to worldwide acclaim and has participated in the soundtracks of films by great Spanish directors that have achieved great popularity.
