ADD, the one-and-only festival for contemporary electronic music in Athens, is returning to the Greek capital for a 4th time.
On Friday 12 and Saturday 13 May, ADD 2023 will present an eclectic lineup of established and emerging names from the international and local electronic music scene at a completely unexpected venue. After successful events at the Piraeus 260 industrial complex and the abandoned Athens airport at Ellinikon, ADD is exploring a new location this year within the Renti Industrial Zone on the outskirts of Athens.
Only 15 minutes by car from the centre of Athens, the venue will include an open air stage and two semi-open air stages with large festival tents within a cluster of football fields between the factories and warehouses of the industrial zone. The dystopian setting will recreate the alternative atmosphere that fans of ADD festivals have come to expect.
With two days full of dance, three different stages, and a total duration of 32 hours of entertainment, ADD returns as a dance playground for everyone. Doors will open at 7:00 p.m. in the evening, and the music will stop at 11:00 a.m. in the morning.
