A mythical experience of awareness during your trip in Greece!

We welcome and leave the sun, dawn and sunset with Yoga and Meditation sessions with the view of Acropolis in the heart of ancient Athens. We meet at the entrance of Thissio Visitor Center next to Thissio metro station and we walk uphill on mythical paths, away from the tension of the city. Very soon we will find ourselves in the wonderful hills around the Parthenon temple, in the middle of ancient art and history. We will enjoy the panoramic 360ᵒ view of the city and we will have the opportunity for an authentic wellness experience through Yoga and Meditation.

Sunrise session itinerary

  • We meet outside the Thissio Visitor Center and we walk uphill to enjoy the view of the Acropolis with the colours of the sunrise
  • Our Yoga & Meditation session begins
  • End of our experience
