Athens Street Food Festival 2024

The Athens Street Food Festival returns for three extended weekends (Saturday to Monday) on 10-12, 17-19 and 24-26 May 2024 at the OSY Old Depot in Athens.

More than 100,000 foodies attend the Athens Street Food Festival each year to feast on some of the most creative street food from all over Greece.

There will be souvlaki, of course, as well as other Greek favourites such as spanakopita (cheese pie) and loukoumades (fried dough balls with honey or chocolate sauce). But street food in Athens is about more than Greek classics. At the Athens Street Food Festival, you can sink your teeth into juicy burgers and explore Greece’s growing ethnic and fusion food scene. Non-meat eaters can go nuts (sorry!) on the vegetarian and vegan options and visitors with a sweet tooth can discover “nouvelle patisserie”.

The Athens Street Food Festival is held every year under the auspices of the Municipality of Athens as part of the This is Athens - City Festival.
