A guided tour including a visit to the cellars of the historic Averoff winery through a theatrically staged setting. Presentation of the winery's history and the wine production process. Wine tasting of the Inima wines. In the Vlach dialect of Metsovo, "Inima" means heart/soul. For Averoff winery, the essence of the word Inima expresses the soul and embodies the most positive traits of the people behind the wine. The tasting includes four labels from the Inima series and concludes with Katogi Averoff Tsipouro.
