A guided tour including a visit to the cellars of the historic Averoff winery through a theatrically staged setting. Presentation of the winery's history and the wine production process. Wine tasting of representative wines and spirits in a mystic wine-tasting experience. Six different wines, from the timeless Katogi Averoff Red to the limited edition Flogero, and two spirits are presented in detail.

The visit begins with a tour of the cellar, temperatures are quite low (12-14 °C). Thus, it is highly recommended to be dressed accordingly.
Wine tastings can be accompanied by local cheese varieties from the Tositsa Foundation, handmade cheese pies, or herb pies.
