Tarihi Averoff şarap imalathanesinin mahzenlerini teatral bir sahneleme ile ziyaret eden rehberli bir tur. Şarap imalathanesinin tarihi ve şarap üretim sürecinin sunumu. Inima şaraplarının tadımı. Metsovo'nun Vlach lehçesinde "Inima" kalp/ruh anlamına gelir. Averoff şarap imalathanesi için Inima kelimesinin özü ruhu ifade eder ve şarabın arkasındaki insanların en olumlu özelliklerini somutlaştırır. Tadım, Inima serisinden dört etiket içerir ve Katogi Averoff Tsipouro ile sona erer.
