Descripción

Una visita guiada que incluye un recorrido por las bodegas de la histórica bodega Averoff a través de un escenario teatralmente montado. Presentación de la historia de la bodega y el proceso de producción de vino. Cata de los vinos Inima. En el dialecto vlacho de Metsovo, "Inima" significa corazón/alma. Para la bodega Averoff, la esencia de la palabra Inima expresa el alma y encarna los rasgos más positivos de las personas detrás del vino. La cata incluye cuatro etiquetas de la serie Inima y concluye con Katogi Averoff Tsipouro.

La visita comienza con un recorrido por la bodega, las temperaturas son bastante bajas (12-14 °C). Por lo tanto, se recomienda encarecidamente vestirse adecuadamente.

Las catas de vino pueden ir acompañadas de variedades de queso local de la Fundación Tositsa, empanadas de queso hechas a mano o empanadas de hierbas.
