The Kardamyli Festival is devoted to all that’s best in the worlds of literature, history and culture, with morning talks, events, dinners and music in the evening, and in between free afternoons to explore the rich beauty and history of the Mani.
Now in its second year, the festival kicked off with a distinctly Greek theme, taking us on a tour of Greek history, myth, poetry, and music. This year, the scope has been broadened, to also include big issues – like democracy and migration – while still connecting to the theme of Greece. It is, after all, where Western civilization began.
The 2022 Kardamyli Festival will take place over the long weekend Thursday 6th to Monday 10th October 2022 and will open with a drinks party at Patrick Leigh Fermor’s House at 18:00 on Thursday 6th October.
