The complex consists of four luxury villas of 95 sq.m. Every villa is incredibly well-designed, both architecturally and in terms of its amenities. Every villa has a view of the sea, a pool, and a garden, as well as ample private parking. Each villa is built across 3 floors, with comfortable and well-designed spaces, 2 bedrooms, living and dining rooms, 2 fully equipped bathrooms, and a kitchen. During the Archaic period, the Temple of Istia was dedicated to the goddess Aphrodite, the goddess of love, beauty, and fertility in Greek mythology. This complex consists of four luxury villas and is situated in the area of Damatria Pigadia, southeast of the island. It is just 15 minutes walk and a 3-minute drive from the island's capital, Istia.

All villas offer views and direct access to a large private pool.
