Atlantis boutique City Hotel & Spa

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and from start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. The staff are exceptionally friendly and warm – you feel welcome and well taken care of from the very first moment. Every single team member radiates genuine hospitality, not just a polite smile but true kindness and care. The breakfast was a highlight: fresh, varied, and absolutely delicious. There was something for every taste – from fresh fruit and crispy bread rolls to hot dishes – all beautifully prepared and presented. A special mention goes to the reception: no matter what question or request I had, I always received quick and helpful answers. Whether it was tips for excursions, restaurant recommendations, or small special requests – everything was handled with patience and a smile. Conclusion: If you’re looking for a hotel where service and warmth are top priorities, this is the place to be. I will definitely be coming back!

Before arriving at the Atlantis Boutique Hotel, we were very hesitant about our choice, as there were quite a few discouraging reviews. But as soon as we arrived and entered the room, we changed our minds. Everything was perfectly clean, and although the room was small, it had everything we needed. The breakfast and dinner were more than enough, and we never once had to go looking for food elsewhere. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. What’s more, the location is excellent – the entire old town is within easy reach. We would confidently recommend this place and would gladly return if the opportunity arises.

Stayed with friends in the Atlantis hotel and had great time. Very clean, friendly staff helped me with injured ligament, bringing ice all the time. Dinner and breakfast was perfect so as atmosphere at the balcony which is cafe. And totally fantastic roof top bar with most amazing view at Rhodes. Instagramable rooftop. Location is close to the beach so as to the old town, but not at the windy side.

Terrible Experience Do Not Book Here! I booked specific rooms in advance, but upon arrival the hotel did not honor my booking. Instead, they placed me somewhere else entirely, far from the main hotel, surrounded by groups of loud, shouting young people. The woman at the front desk was completely unhelpful and focused more on raising her voice than solving the issue. Things got even worse when she wrongly assumed I was filming her. She actually tried to grab my phone and threatened to call the police! The manager was “not available” and couldn’t be reached by phone, leaving me with no resolution at all. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Totally unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. Avoid this place at all costs!

The process that started with the bad room given to us continued with us being forced to sleep in that room by the hotel staff. Our room was changed the next morning, but no one from the hotel staff came to meet with us, they did not get information about the issue and did not even apologize. Even if the issue was not related to us, it is a complete disaster for any hotel staff to think that anyone could stay in that room and make such a decision. The room smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that they even changed the curtains the next morning but forced us to stay in that room. We tried to sleep that night with difficulty breathing. I have been working in the service business for years and I know very well what customer satisfaction is. I suggest these hotel staff to change the job they are working in. Because they are amateurs and do not know their job. You do not care at all about this bad experience you gave us. I am sure of that
