The ARSINOE Cosy Guesthouse & Restaurant is located in the picturesque village of Megalochori, Methana, a uniquely unspoilt volcanic peninsula on the East Peloponnese. The Guesthouse offers self-catering accommodation set in a very large outdoor paved space with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Epidavros. Methana is an exceptional unspoilt beauty spot, with fabulous scenery, turquoise clear seas, walks, excursions, swimming and good food. The Guesthouse property is large and landscaped to provide outdoor spaces for rest, outdoor dining, and children’s play. We offer fresh local products in our modest but delicious dining service, with home cooking on the premises,accompanied by our excellent wines. The Guesthouse comprises six fully furnished, independent studio apartments. Each can accommodate 1 to 4 persons. On the ground floor aretwo single beds, a small kitchen and bathroom.On the mezzanine a double bed with wardrobe and chest of drawers.Linen is provided, and the studio is cleaned, and linen changed, twice a week Included in the Guesthouse studios: • Air Conditioning. • Fridge, cooker, kitchen utensils and crockery. • The option of an extra cotbed. • A table and chairs outside every studio in addition to those in the communal areas. • Free Parking. • A safe and well-equipped playground for children. • Chess, backgammon, library, and table games. • Hammocks to swing in under the pine trees. Activities we can organise for our guests include: · Greek evenings: talented musicians and artists will entertain you in the GUESTHOUSE, playing traditional, folk and modern music as you enjoy your evening meal. · Walks to the volcano: exploration of our natural resources, on foot with volunteerteams to guide you to the crater. · Wine Tasting at the Andreou Winery.
