Description

One of the best parts of traveling in Rhodes, is experiencing the food culture of this magnificent island. But what about learning how to cook several dishes and surprise your friends and family? This know-how gained during our cooking workshop will be the best souvenir you will bring home from this trip! The class is held at our traditional farm house wich is located right in the middle of the beautiful island of Rhodes overlooking both the mountains and the sea. Stroll around our organic garden and pick all the fresh vegetables you will need. When the food is ready you will indulge yourselves in the full meal you cooked, as well as unlimited drinks in our garden area surrounded by more than 100 olive trees.

Itinerary

One of our agents will be at our meeting point at 09.40.
After you arrive at the course location at 10.00 you will be greeted by our hosts along with a traditional welcome drink and wear your apron.
Then around 10.15 you will be able to stroll around our organic garden along with our guide and pick vegetables for the salad.
Before the class starts our guide will walk you through the farm house where you will have the chance to see several historic items and uniforms that we keep in our mini museum along with interesting stories about the beautiful island of Rhodes.
At 10.30 we are going to start with our first recipe.
The class ends around 13.00 when you will be seated in our shady patio around the olive trees and have a full lunch that you helped prepare along with unlimited Greek wine and refreshments.
The experience will end around 14.00 to 14.15.

Additional Information

Please meet us at the meeting point, 20 minutes prior to the experience start time.
One of our guides will be waiting for you wearing a cooking class t-shirt -
If you come by a rental car/bike you can follow our agent to the course location wich is 5 minutes away and there is also plenty of space for you to park.
If you come by taxi or public transfer, we can drive you to the course location and back without any extra charge.
For any last minute requests, please liaise with our Concierge to assist you directly.
Please note that any allergies or dietary restrictions should be communicated to us at the final stage of booking, when prompted.
