Please note that a minimum of 7 participants is required for our small group tours to operate. If this number is not reached, we would unfortunately need to cancel the tour and will inform you at least 24 hours in advance. In this case, a full refund will be offered.

Guests are kindly requested to meet the guide directly at the designated Meeting Point, 10–15 minutes before departure, in order to ensure a smooth start.

In the case that you are unable to attend the scheduled activity, your deposit will be refunded or partially refunded according to the following fee schedule:

• YOUR DEPOSIT IS FULLY REFUNDABLE UP TO 45 DAYS BEFORE TOUR DATE.

• YOUR DEPOSIT IS 50% REFUNDABLE UP TO 30 DAYS BEFORE TOUR DATE.

• YOUR DEPOSIT IS 25% REFUNDABLE UP TO 15 DAYS BEFORE TOUR DATE.

• 0-7 DAYS BEFORE TOUR DATE, 0% IS REFUNDABLE.

• NO-SHOW: 0% IS REFUNDABLE.

When applicable, your refund will be made to your payment method in due time.

If you choose not to cancel but to postpone your tour and book another date, your deposit is valid for the new booking.

Philema Food Tours (PFT) reserves the right to cancel an entire activity or suggest a last-minute alternative in case some of our associates are unable to host visits. In the case of full cancellation on our behalf, your deposit is fully refundable.

PFT does not accept any responsibility for differences in exchange rates and potential losses due to that reason.
