A hot air balloon ride is a source of new and vivid emotions. Those who have been in the basket of a balloon at least once say that they felt amazing lightness and freedom during the flight.

There are no age restrictions for ballooning. But you should adequately assess your body and health capabilities. We do not recommend ballooning for pregnant women, children under 6 years old, people who have suffered serious injuries, fractures or sprains.

Balloons are an adventure and an unusual form of transport. To make the flight safe and bring only pleasant impressions, you need to take into account several important points.

Cancelation Policy

In order to comply with Civil Aviation regulations, all hot air balloon rides must be conducted according to the Flight Plan, therefore you are kindly requested to arrive at the exact time that is given upon reservation and reconfirmed one day prior the flight in the evening. In case of you are late more than 10 minutes, Company reservers the right to cancel your reservation without any refund.

If the weather conditions are not suitable to conduct a safe flight, Company reservers the right to transfer flight to the next day with appropriate weather conditions.

Pregnant women or women who might be pregnant are strongly not recommended to participate in the flight. If one decide to participate despite of our recommendation, Company will not be held responsible for any incident that might occur.

Children under 5 years old are not allowed to participate in the flight. Recommended age is starting from 6 years old. At any case, parents hold full responsibility for their children before, during and after the flight.
