Villa Lukas was the perfect place for our stay in Santorini. We stayed in one of the Cave Suites. The Suite was beautiful and with a great view. The location was close to everything without being swarmed by people. Good spot if you like to walk. The service from the staff was quick and supportive. Great find!

We had a great two night stay at Villa Lukas. The location was great as it was a nice quiet area compared to bustling Oia or Fira. We rented a car and were able to find street parking without issue each time. The breakfast was outstanding and the man (did not get his name) who delivered to us was very kind! Our only complaint is we wish the hot tub was slightly warmer in the evening as it got chilly. Otherwise we would certainly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting Santorini!

Firstly, I want to say that the staff were absolutely lovely, super friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we really appreciated. Our room, while clean and comfortable, was unfortunately not one of the newly renovated ones featured in the hotel’s Instagram photos. The bathroom felt a bit dated, and while I imagine it’s due for a makeover soon (which will be fantastic once complete), it was a bit disappointing considering the expectations we had going in. The biggest downside for us was the air conditioning. We arrived to a very hot room, and despite the staff’s reassurances that it was functioning properly, it really didn’t cool the space effectively. Having travelled for three weeks in similar weather and stayed in several places with excellent aircon, this definitely impacted our comfort, especially since we only stayed for two nights and both were uncomfortably warm. The hot tub was also a little underwhelming, not the cleanest, and the bubbles were quite weak. A bit of maintenance there could go a long way. That said, the view was absolutely spectacular and truly made up for many of the shortcomings. The location was fantastic, and the restaurant recommendations from the hotel were spot on. Anogi in particular was exceptional. I want to be clear this isn’t a negative review, but an honest one. This was the most expensive hotel of our trip, and we arrived with high hopes. While it didn’t fully meet those expectations, I do believe this room has huge potential. With a few key upgrades, it could be truly outstanding.

We stayed here for a week. We booked the suite with outdoor jacuzzi, when we arrived we were told that we had been upgraded to the deluxe suite with outdoor jacuzzi. Halfway through the holiday we requested to move rooms to the room we originally booked, my recommendation would be to book the standard suite as the rooms are more modern, nicer bathroom, warmer and better balcony/jacuzzi although not as private. The deluxe room is more private and spacious however it is a wind trap meaning we didn't use the balcony or jacuzzi much and not as modern as the downstairs standard suites. The wind also blew over the sun umbrella on the balcony which smashed one of the glasses which we then paid 10 Euro for in damages. The staff at the hotel were helpful with breakfast, helping with car hires, taxis etc. and the breakfast served was very good.
