Spanning approximately 150 sq.m., the villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and is thoughtfully designed over two levels. The ground floor features a bright open-plan living room with a Smart TV, a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything needed for a comfortable stay, one bedroom with a king-size bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The first floor offers two additional bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and another with two single beds, along with a second bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Both bedrooms have direct access to a spacious furnished balcony, where guests can enjoy panoramic sea views and breathtaking sunsets over the Ionian Sea.
