Polos Hotel Paros

The staff are amazing !!! I have stayed in this hotel twice. While my experience was positive and I do recommend it, it decently is not the cheapest. The location is brilliant ! The rooms are very nice, clean and contemporary. The reception staff stand out. I stayed in August 2024, for about 10 days. I had a beautiful suite. My children had a room the had four bunks beds. Their room was small. I think the "four bedroom" could be nicer. Other than that overall the experience was positive. I recommend this Hotel.

The staff was so helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay! They accommodated us with any request and gave us great advice for nearby restaurants, taxi service etc! The rooms were exactly what we needed for our stay :) Thank you for such a great time!!

Since we spent this year's holidays in a few beautifull islands, we were quite disappointed after arriving in Paros.. Very dirty sea, beaches and town without (!) water and showers (anywhere). Prices too high for this type of offer. Fortunately, we chose accommodation at the Polos hotel. Close to the port, clean rooms, good breakfast for a good price and a swimming pool in the garden. Special thanks to Mrs. Aristea and Mr. Nasos, who improved our picture of the island with their kindness. Mr. Nasos was extremely caring the whole time and advised us where to eat, where are interesting places to visit,.. They kept our luggage until late in the evening until our ship left. Thank you very much again.

Unacceptable. Terrible. Where do I start really... Not good service at all. The room when we entered smelled of exhaust gas and chlorine. The air conditioner was dirty both inside and out, it smelled very bad and made noises. The bedside tables were full of dust.. As for the beds, they creaked, the pillows were hard and when we saw the sheets we were speechless. There were a lot of hairs everywhere on the sheets and pillowcases. There were also a lot of prints and blood from the previous people as if they had never been washed. The duvet that was on top of the sheets smelled like coal, with hairs. The mattress was torn and to cover it they put tape, it was also dirty. On the wall of the room on the 5th day we noticed a snot stuck to the wall along with blood and bubbles. The refrigerator made an incredible noise, and it hardly froze at all. In the bathroom there were already used toilet papers that were half-finished, the toilet flush barely worked at all, the bathtub underneath had something like pebbles stuck with glue, and the shower barely had hot water. Also, the bathtub phone the first time we took a bath was like it had oil on it. There was also a snail on the bathroom wall, and on the 3rd day when I took a bath I noticed ants on the wall and on the towel I went to dry myself on. We had also left a pack of baby wipes in the bathroom, which when we returned to the room we saw that half of them were missing. Also, in general there was no privacy, the door had no way to lock it, we slept in fear that no one would open the door for us, where of course in the beds for the remaining days we slept without pillows because of the stench, we had a lot of difficulty sleeping since there was a lot of noise from the surrounding rooms we were in, where this resulted in us waking up tired every morning. Every morning after 6 and every night after 12, the surrounding rooms decided to move and constantly moved the furniture and beds so that they made noise. Breakfast was disgusting... Every day there were the same foods full of flies and bugs along with a coffee machine where there were specifically many options such as chocolate or coffee where half the amount was water. There was a water tap with a filter where it had options of hot or cold, and when we put it on cold it came out hot. We remembered ourselves when we entered the pool, the water was so dirty where there were hairs, flies, bees and many other things. There were also sun loungers on most balconies and there was nothing on ours. Where do you want us to spread our towels? Finally, one part that we honestly did not expect was that we had left our absolutes, such as sheets and towels, in a specific spot on the floor, and all the cleaning lady did was pick them up and put them back in their place. When she brought us "clean" towels, they were wet and had hairs in them. We were almost not satisfied with our stay and i wouldn't recommend someone to book it. I clearly understand it's a 3 Star hotel and indeed we can't expect the prefect room but I wasn't ready to see all of that. I hope at least the other people will have a better stay than us. Great people, staff, breakfast good, the room and pool are clean et great. They have make a great supprise to my daughter for her 18th birthday. Really kind. Lovely place.
