Mykonos Unique Villas consists of two independent villas: Villa Alaya and Villa Maha. Both villas sit in the peaceful area of Kalafatis. Each villa enjoys panoramic views of the Aegean Sea. Each one accommodates up to 6 guests.

Every villa offers 180 m² of living space across two levels. The design combines traditional Cycladic architecture with modern comforts. Whitewashed walls, natural stone, and wooden beam ceilings create a warm atmosphere. Modern amenities add comfort throughout your stay.

The entrance opens into a bright living area. Comfortable sofas invite you to relax after a day at the beach. A Smart TV, Netflix, YouTube, and high-speed Wi-Fi provide entertainment. Large windows fill the room with natural light. They also frame beautiful sea views.

The open-plan kitchen sits next to the living area. It includes a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dining table. You'll also find everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals.

The lower level features three air-conditioned bedrooms. Each bedroom includes its own wardrobe. Two modern bathrooms serve the sleeping area. Both bathrooms feature built-in showers.

Step outside and enjoy your private furnished terrace. Dine beneath the shaded pergola while overlooking the sea. The landscaped garden surrounds a large swimming pool. Villa Alaya and Villa Maha share this pool exclusively. Sun loungers, bean bags, a hammock, and a BBQ area complete the outdoor space.

Although the pool is shared, each villa offers plenty of privacy. The spacious outdoor areas create a peaceful setting. Free private parking is also available.

Kalafatis Beach and Agia Anna Beach are only minutes away. Mykonos Town and Mykonos International Airport are about 11 km from the property. As a result, you can easily explore the island. You can also enjoy its famous beaches, restaurants, and nightlife.
