03.08.2025Nice and friendly staff. The hotel has potential, but the rooms felt a bit outdated and didn’t fully match the photos. Some maintenance issues noticed. Overall, an average experience — not great, but not terrible either.

02.08.2024Beautiful place, on top of a hill, 5-minute drive from Florina. Spacious rooms with modern furniture. Great place for a drink and dinner as well. Unfortunately it was seriously understaffed during our stay (July 2024) especially in the breakfast. Staff also needs some training to meet a 5-star hotel standards.

19.10.2023One of the best mountain resorts in Greece, rooms designed with attention to detail and thoughtful interior design, spa with amazing treatments and breakfast of excellent quality. The reception staff was one of the best we have ever came across, experienced and well trained! Don’t miss the opportunity to stay at this resort, you will definitely enjoy it!

Staff are perfect - real professionals ( my regards to Alexander from reception) that can and want to make your stay in comfortable way with any needs. Rooms are new and with style design. Good matress so u can sleep as baby and wake up full of energy with wonderful view from windows. Breakfast is tasty and in assortment. Restaurant also very tasty and delicious. Huge assortment of alcohol in bar menu. Highly recommended even if u with little child

07.03.2024Very nice hotel, kind staff, good location (you need a vehicle). The breakfast was fine, might be better if they cooked to order when they aren't so full but plenty of options available. The staff were very kind and the room quite comfortable. Four stars as there is a large generator outside the rooms that ran several nights in a row and it was quite loud. We will happily return to this hotel.
