Very friendly stuff and courtesy. The stuff made our stay so comfortable. We had out room cleaned everyday. We become friends with few of the ladies, especially Irene she was so outgoing and friendly and upbeat. Thank you very much.

Positives: Kreoli Hotel boasts a spotless cleanliness standard, thanks to its exceptional cleaning services and the dedication of its very willing lady cleaners. The hotel's location is another strong point, being just 900 meters from Glyfada downtown, easily accessible by a 5-7 euro Uber ride, and only 150 meters from the beach, perfect for a coffee or a swim. Additionally, the rooms have been modernly renovated, providing a fresh and contemporary environment for guests. Negatives: Unfortunately, the management and service quality at Kreoli Hotel leave much to be desired. The receptionists were notably rude and reluctant to offer information or services to enhance our stay. For instance, when I requested a thermometer due to my husband's illness, I was told that a thermometer was not included in their first aid kit. Our room lacked a remote control for the air conditioning, necessitating a call to reception each time we wanted to adjust the temperature—a major inconvenience, especially with my husband having a fever for two days. The balcony lights were another issue; they automatically turned on every night, creating an oppressive atmosphere akin to an interrogation room. Further adding to the discomfort, the administration staff frequently argued, particularly over financial matters regarding their salaries. The breakfast experience was subpar, with low-quality cheese and cold cuts, a poor selection of items, and a lack of availability if you arrived 30 minutes before closing. It resembled more of a B&B morning meal rather than a hotel breakfast. Moreover, the absence of a designated smoking area outside was incredibly inconvenient. The lack of a late check-out policy also complicated our departure day, as we had a late-night flight. In conclusion, while Kreoli Hotel excels in cleanliness and location, significant improvements are needed in management, service quality, and guest amenities to provide a truly comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I stay a lot in this area. This hotel wasnt our first choice but we got let down 24 hrs beforehand by the apartment we had booked and this was picked for us by our travel providers. The foyer is stunning. A Lovely room. Lift. Friendly helpful staff. Clean towels every day. Great service. Ok so you may need some ear plugs if Yr a light sleeper but you will find most of the hotels on the main road are like that. I'm a very light sleeper but was able to sleep fine. The rooms were lovely. My only wish was for a table and chairs on the balcony to sit in the evening and a rail for hanging long dresses, however I utilised the rail in the bathroom so its not issue, you just adapt to whatever situation you are in and make the most of it.

In the room, the noise of the cars passing by the street could be heard terribly, it was impossible to sleep. the noise insulation from the windows left much to be desired. The bathroom doors had uninsulated glass and every movement in the toilet could be heard as if it were inside the bedroom.

The hotel room was quaint, clean and quiet but there was only one socket to charge my phone and it was in the hallway LOL. It's a rather Spartan sort of place I'd say, (pun intended) no safe to store your valuables or refrigerator to store your food but what do you expect for 46 Euros a night? And its only a block from the beach!
