Excellent bakehouse with delicious pastries! Cinnamon scrolls were the best! Staff spoke great English. Highly reccommend - we returned multiple times while in Athens!

The hotel and staff were lovely. It was clean and comfortable! Sound note: I was awakened at 6:00 a.m. every morning during my stay by slamming doors, carrying voices and construction sounds. It wasn't consistent so I was able to get back to sleep, just a note for light sleepers. Food was top notch! Breakfast was delicious and I raved about that pistachio croissant lol 🤤

One of our favorite places to stay on our 2 week vacation in Greece. The room was comfortable (especially the mattress and pillows), the staff was so friendly and helpful and the location was unbeatable for a tourist trip. The breakfast was the highlight for sure - the baked goods, the coffee, the OJ… we’re still dreaming of our mornings at Ergon.

Our stay at Ergon Bakehouse was absolutely unforgettable. The accommodations were incredibly beautiful—thoughtfully designed with modern comfort and warm, artistic touches throughout. We especially appreciated the little extras: a personal note, espresso, tea, and sweet treats from the bakery waiting for us when we arrived. And the food... truly magical! We enjoyed some of the most delicious pastries and breakfast we've ever had. Every bite felt like a celebration of Greek culinary excellence. Ergon Bakehouse is a rare gem, and we’re already dreaming of coming back!

Lovely place! Very small and intimate with great food and service and gorgeous, well-appointed rooms with everything you need. A special shout-out to Shungi who went completely ABOVE and BEYOND to help us get booked for a roof-top restaurant and never giving up...making about 5 calls all while continually checking in people who arrived during that time. She is an amazing asset to the place!
