The most amazing hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is extremely nice & helpful. The views are incredible…! Rooms are very clean & the area is very nice & quiet. Would love to stay here again. Thank you for a great experience Dreams!

I honestly do not understand the positive reviews. We stayed at multiple 3 star hotels across the Greek islands before arriving at Dreams Resort in Imerovigli, and this was by far the worst experience — despite being one of the most expensive. The room was dirty and poorly maintained — grime on the floor, a filthy toilet (see photos), broken furniture, and bugs in the room. Even the staff admitted they were overdue for renovations. The receptionist openly told us he occasionally works there and wasn’t familiar with the hotel’s policies. We had requested non dairy for one of two breakfasts, and were still served dairy at breakfast. The food was of such poor quality it was hard to believe we were in a resort. After raising our concerns, we had a polite conversation with the manager, George, who agreed with the owner to refund 50% of our final night and us checking out that morning due to the conditions of the room. That refund was never issued although we followed up multiple times and checked out a day early. It felt like a scam by the end of it all. They did send someone to clean the next morning — but by then, the damage was done. We left and checked into a real 5-star resort immediately afterward, which only made it more obvious how unacceptable this place was. I urge anyone considering this hotel to think twice. You can find much better service, cleanliness, and honesty even in budget hotels elsewhere on the island.

We stayed there in 2021 and to this day it’s the most nostalgic trip we’ve ever had. Everything was impeccable, the room and service as we just luxuriated in our private pool all day taking in the view. Very romantic!

Absolutely amazing! Rooms are amazing, views stunning , service incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. It’s in the perfect location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants but still has privacy. I will be back !

Absolutely loved this place! The rooms were stunning, clean with breathtaking views! The location was perfect! The staff were amazing, friendly and very accommodating! Highly recommended!
