Loved our stay here! Hotel very close to the beach! Brand new - very clean and well taken care of. Prices were also very reasonable. Highly recommend for whoever wants a more economical option for their stay!

Absolutely loved my stay at Achinos – it was by far my best decision in Kalamata! The apartment is brand new and beautifully designed, with attention to every little detail – from the complimentary wine and chilled water in the fridge to the stylish decor and full amenities. I had everything I needed: a large wardrobe, a comfy sofa bed, a great desk, an iron, espresso machine, wine glasses, a corkscrew, and a well-equipped shower with fresh towels. The spacious balcony was a personal highlight – perfect for relaxing, drying clothes, or enjoying a partial sea view. The smart AC system worked like a charm, and everything was spotlessly clean thanks to the excellent housekeeping. The location is ideal: just two minutes from the beach, surrounded by restaurants and even a supermarket right downstairs. Despite the central spot, the building is peaceful and quiet – coming back to this apartment after a hot summer day was pure joy. Reception was incredibly helpful and kind throughout my stay. Yes, it’s a bit more expensive than other options in the area, but for me, it was absolutely worth it. The only thing I didn’t love was the breakfast at the restaurant across the street – it felt a bit underwhelming and the service could have been warmer. Still, I can’t wait to return to Achinos – highly, highly recommended!

Beautiful hotel in a central location, yet the rooms are quiet and well-equipped. Just a minute from the beach—ideal for a quick dip and shower. The nearby promenade is lovely, and all the restaurants and cocktail bars nearby are excellent. A true sense of peace in the heart of everything. Highly recommended!
