Anafi International Film Festival 2025

The 3rd Anafi International Film Festival returns from 28 August to 1 September 2025, bringing a bold cinematic voice to one of Greece’s most remote and unspoiled islands.

Rooted in the soul of Anafi and its close-knit community, the festival champions independent cinema and non-mainstream narratives. Screenings take place in open-air venues under the stars, in a setting that naturally blurs the line between art and landscape.

Expect thought-provoking films that defy genre and convention – where image meets music, poetry and visual art – as well as workshops, discussions and events that invite dialogue between filmmakers and audiences.
