Greece is Purity

Pure Landscape

Pure Landscape

Pure: because of its untainted natural beauty.

Landscape: because of its huge diversity and natural wealth. But perhaps the word «land-escape» would work better, as every journey to a new part of Greece is a new adventure and an escape.

A resident of another country would (quite reasonably) think of Greece as a small country with limited choices. However, the multitude of options often impresses even us "locals". Where else could you find yourself on a snowy mountain one moment and, shortly afterwards, on a sunny beach?

The culture of Greece doesn’t end in the past. It is permanent and continues to «survive» even today
Pure culture

Pure culture

Ancient Greek culture is widely known. But the culture of Greece doesn’t end in the past. It is permanent and continues to «survive» even today, in these conditions.
We are talking about popular culture. A tradition that has been subconsciously passed down from generation to generation in a pure way.

The music, sounds, events, gastronomy, aromas that you will encounter at a festival in even the smallest and most isolated village.
My love for this culture made me want to show it to more people through an internationally-known game. A project named PlaymoGreek.

Pure people

But what makes Greece even more special is its people. The broad smile, the pure gaze, the warm embrace. I’ll bet that (as much as times have changed) if you enter a Greek house, you’ll never leave hungry either for food or stories. Personally, I love to hear grandparents narrating tales from their lives, which seem so close and at the same time so distant. In a simple and minimal way, they have a way of saying the greatest «truths». Even if they often don’t need to say them at all. The look in their eyes is enough.

If you enter a Greek house, you’ll never leave hungry either for food or for stories.

Pure colours

Pure colours

Wherever you look in Greece, blue and white preside. From the blue sky and sea to the brilliance of ancient monuments and white of Cycladic houses. It’s a combination that you can’t help but notice as you stand and admire (and of course photograph) the authenticity and purity of these colours.
