Cancellations made 11 days or less before an excursion will be subject to a full charge of the excurion price.


If G.E.S Travel Agency cancels an excursion within less than 48 hours notice due to unforeseen circumstances, a new excursion will be scheduled, subject to availability. In the event that an alternative date is not convenient for the client, a full refund will be granted.
