Join us in our groves to meet our rare White Lefkadian trees and discover the regenerative organic practices and unique terroir that earned us back-to-back Silver Awards in New York (2025 & 2026).

This is a guided, eye-opening masterclass designed for everyone. We pull back the curtain on the industrial production world to show you the difference between “supermarket” oil and the authentic, original product. You will learn how to identify the real thing and discover the characteristic peppery “kick” of high polyphenols—the powerful antioxidants responsible for the legendary health benefits of the Mediterranean lifestyle.
