Corali Studios & Portobello Apartments Elounda

Love staying here. Fantastic view across the bay. Nice sized family friendly pool and the food at the pool bar is brilliant. Good value for money and very tasty food. All staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are kept very clean. Will be back again ☀️🇬🇷

Everything is great in this place, near the beach, great sea view from appartments, friendly and helpful staff.

Simply put this is a wonderful, reliable, family-run establishment and I will definitely be returning. In fact the place seemed to be full of families and couples who had returned many times over the years, which always bodes well! We went for a week as two girl-friends hoping for a completely relaxing, low key week in the sun with some options for fun stuff to do nearby, and Corali & Porobello was ideal. The beach is literally across the road (there's even a pedestrian crossing to the front door!) although for that classic, clear clear turquoise Greek Island sea we recommend Plaka, which is a 10 min taxi / bus away. Super convenient for shops, bars, restaurants which are all no more than a 10 min walk from the hotel. Extremely reasonably priced, including the snacks and drinks at the lovely poolside bar which were always cheaper (and tastier! Seriously, I'm going to miss the toasted sandwich + the homemade tzatziki...) than the surrounding cafes etc. Joanna is a star - we only had to ask about a boat trip or somewhere we could shower after checking out but before our flight, and she was on it: whatsapping the nearby boat provider to secure us a spot on the Spinalonga trip, finding us a room to rest before our flight - amazing. We stayed in a Portobello Apartment room which was basic but very spacious, and the sparkly sea view from the balcony was to die. The reason we chose to stay here was because the rooms are exactly as they appear on the website and review photos - unlike MANY other places in Elounda, they have not been 'instagrammed' to look nicer than they are in reality, and I appreciated that we knew exactly what we were going to get!

This is my 3rd stay at the Corali studio & Portobello hotel. A very warm welcome from Mary Joanna and Helen. Nice size rooms with kitchenette facilities. Good size balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains of beautiful Elounda. Lovely gardens and swimming pool.

I just checked in and I'm already giving it 5 stars. They offered me a seaview studio for the same price and I'm enjoying the view as we speak. Staff is very friendly and hospitable and helpful The room and bathroom are simple but clean and decent sized. Location is everything: across the beach and a directly next to the port and city centre with immediate acces to many restaurants and the supermarket.
