• Dolmadakia (vine leaves and courgette flowers stuffed with rice, served with feta spread)
• Spinach - Cheese Balls with wild herbs & lemon-yogurt dip
• Traditional Cretan Dakos D.I.Y.(rusk, tomato, feta cheese, wild oregano, olive oil)
• Cretan Pita (pita bread with cured pork meat, tomato and yogurt sauce)
