Neapoli Villas

Amazing place. Three stories vilas, nicely furnished, with amazing views to Elafonisos across the sea. Beautiful environment, the property is out of the city, a couple of minutes by car. There is a lot of space between the buildings so you feel like being alone there, just the sound of the sea. Very calm place, created for those who want to relax. Huge value for money. Finally, hospitality and responsiveness of the personnel was great. I recommend this place.

Overall experience was perfect. We are a family of 6 and stayed in a 4person villa where an extra sofa bed has been added. Kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony (front villas) offers an exquisite sunset view and a perfect spot for enjoying breakfast under the shade of lovely bougainvillea. The beds are good (and the sofa bed as well). The outside areas are beyond expectations ( vast green grass area and flowers all over) and the swimming pool is very good. Although it is quite small compared to the whole set of villas, it is rare that we run into other people enjoying it at the same time with us. One suggestion the second bathroom could be a bit bigger or some shelves could be added in order for it to be more practical. Thank you !!!

A beautiful estate in a remarkable location in front of Vatika bay of ancient Voiai (Neapoli). Elegantly built, with care for each detail, the villas offer an unpretentious sensation of luxury which does not supersede the beauty of nature and landscape. Ideal location for those who also wish to explore the region, and discover the local colour and essence of Voiai.

10 min away from the nearest village by car. If you want silence is great place. Nice house but small with problems like, the bathroom on the ground floor had a bulk drain. Very poor cleanliness (we found hairs) non-existent wifi, a small TV, no bench on the upper balcony and many more

We had a great time here. It is a really spacious villa, we were 4 People but just as fine 6 People would have fitted. It has everything you need. There is a nice pool, you can swim if you want în the see but there is no beach per say but you have nice beaches within a walking distance or a few minutes by car. We loved our time here and would gladly return. Lots of things to do în the area. Costas is the host, he can help you with Information, recomendations. He is great.
