Lemon Tree Houses are a unique complex of five boutique villas, built in the heart of “Ano Meria”, the up and coming area of Folegandros Island due to its unspoiled, mesmerizing landscape, spread over cultivated fields with a myriad of dry stoned walls. Lemon Tree Houses have a minimal Cycladic architectural style, with two private verandas for each villa, assorted with unobstructed view of the Aegean Archipelago.
Each property can accommodate from a lonely two up to a party of five, making Lemon Tree Houses, an ideal place for friends’ groups, couples and families. Despite their matching exteriors, each villa can boast for its individual design and welcoming atmosphere, highlighted by unique interior works.

19.08.2025Do not stay in this hotel. The wind makes it impossible to stay outside at the pool. The location is far from any of the conveniences of the island. There is no shade anywhere. The rooms smell horrible and musty. The staff is creepy and gossip to other people on the island about your private business and is always lurking around. Do not recommend at all. Stay far away! There are so many other great places to stay on the island like Ameni, Spina, or Blue Sand. I recommend not to patronize this establishment if you don't want your every move to be monitored by some weird staff who watch you all the time.

08.07.2025Fantastic. Such a great hotel run by amazing people. Angelos was incredible and Athanasia was so helpful, already answering many messages from us before we even got there due to a boat cancellation. Cannot recommend this place enough. The rooms are charming and it feels like an oasis away from the crowded parts of the island. Would stay here again!

25.09.2024I love Lemon Tree and Folegandros. Great staff. Wonderful people. Beautiful rooms. When we arrived, we were picked up from the ferry, then rented a quad and was given a great introduction to the island, the sight, and where to go. Everything was either walkable or drivable with a quad. It was extremely quiet and everything was extremely accommodating. Laundry was cheap. Breakfast was incredible (so much bread/I love bread). This was paradise.

12.08.2024Lemon Tree is an outstanding place to stay, offering everything you could possibly need. We were in desperate need of accommodation, and Athanasia went out of her way to ensure we had a place to stay, even when everywhere else was fully booked. She was an exceptional host, going above and beyond to make sure our experience was fantastic. The rooms were immaculate and comfortable, and the views were simply breathtaking. From start to finish, our stay exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend staying here!

07.07.2024Talk about a magical home away from home. The team Maria, Athanasia and Angel are beyond world class kind, helpful and welcoming. Truly one of the more spectacular stays we have ever had! The views and rooms are perfect clean and simple, the breakfast amazing, but best of all is the kindness and graciousness of the team that runs lemon house. If you’re going to Folegandros this is the place hands down!
