Archontiko Michail is a traditional mansion built in 1868 and fully renovated in 2016. It is an eco-friendly guesthouse without a restaurant or reception desk, offering peaceful stays, strong free Wi-Fi, daily housekeeping, and nature-focused activities.

We are in Vizitsa, right in the heart of Pelion. This makes it easy to explore all the villages, beaches, trails, and monasteries.
We're at 500 m elevation, so access is simple even in winter.
The nearest beach is 7 km away.

🛎 How can I make a booking and get a confirmation?

Online booking: You receive an automatic confirmation email.

Phone or email booking: We can send you a confirmation email upon request.

💳 Can I book without a credit card?

Yes. For direct bookings (phone/email), a small bank or postal deposit is enough.
Credit cards are required only when booking through external platforms.

❌ What is your cancellation policy?

We offer two options:

Flexible rate: 100% refund.

Non-refundable rate: Your payment can be used for another stay on different dates. If prices differ (low/high season), the difference is adjusted.
For direct bookings, only small deposits are required.

👨‍👩‍👧 Do you offer family amenities? Any extra charges?

We provide baby cots and baby accessories free of charge.
We don’t add extra beds, so choosing the correct apartment size is important — we’re happy to advise.
We offer apartments suitable for families of 1 to 4 children.

Yes, all taxes and VAT are included in the price.

🥣 What kind of breakfast do you offer?

We provide a fair-trade, local, vegan, self-service breakfast basket with quality local products supporting the women’s cooperative and local producers.
There is no restaurant on the property.
Apartments have kitchens so families can prepare breakfast easily.
The double room “Lavender” (no kitchen) has snacks, drinks, and a kettle in the wardrobe.
