08.08.2025Our stay at Aegean Palace in Naxos was absolutely wonderful. The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable, but what truly makes it special is the people working there. Everyone there was so kind, helpful, and welcoming with big smiles always on their faces, it honestly felt like staying with family. Big thank you to the employees in the reception, amazing customer satisfaction. & a big very special thank you to Anna, the amazing owner, who went above and beyond when our daughter got sick. She ran to get us medications from her own house, helped us get the right medication, made phone calls to pharmacies, and constantly checked in to make sure our little girl was okay. We were truly touched by her care and kindness. This kind of warm-hearted service is rare to find. We felt so looked after and appreciated every moment. There’s no way I would ever go to Naxos and not stay at Aegean Palace again. It’s more than a hotel – it’s a place filled with love, care, and truly special people.

28.06.2025Loved this place. Great location. Lots of nearby restaurants. Fantastic internal pool & facilities. Amazing staff. It’s not quite a 5 star hotel, with its little foibles, but it’s a great place to stay with everything you’ll need.

15.08.2025Rooms are far from expected, max 3 star. Staff very nice and suportive but they dont have too much to do. They change our room, first room we couldn sleep due to wind entering through door and banging continous; i saw 3, all the same, old style. Pool very big and clean but lack of shadow. Beach in front crowded and you need to pay 50 euro for 2 sunbeds but use it as food and drink voucher. Comparing the prices from around its a good price. Nice location

02.06.2025We thoroughly enjoyed this hotel. Its really well organised, with friendly, helpful, attentive staff. We received a free, punctual transfer both ways, to the airport. The location is exceptional. The hotel is minutes from the airport, but not directly on the flight path, and there were only three small flights a day anyway! Its also right on Plaka beach, which is lovely, with a brilliant selection of beachside restaurants and options, and on the sunset side of the island. It's literally a stone's throw from the beach, but also has both a pool next to the Sea, as well as a more private pool a short distance further back in the complex. The entire complex was kept impeccably clean. The accomodation was very good, plentifully spacious, quiet, and with all the facilities you need. The food and drink were perfectly fine. The breakfasts, whilst unlikely to win culinary awards, we're cooked and prepared daily, with a decent variety of options, and available until 11 daily. We stayed in May half term, and it felt like our own little resort, really quiet and had a great time. Very highly recommended.

29.07.2025We stayed for a week and I really liked the hotel as a whole. But there are some things that deduct the overall experience. Mainly, on the first day, the first time I was going down the stairs from the room, the staircase was watered down with a hose. Stonewhite marble, extremely bright outside made it that I could see that it was wet. No warning signs and no staff. Me in just sandshoes... I fell really bad and was close to fractures. Open wound on my elbow and a could of hard hits (butt, ribs and the most weight landed on my elbow). I was in pain for the whole week. The room could use an oversight, visuable mold in roof of shower. But with that said, got help from the staff (this was a Sunday) to clean and band the open wound. We enjoyed great service, breakfasts and food at the hotel all week, and the staff was great! Amazing location and the beach at the hotel are flawless. Two sunbeds and umbrella if you spend 40€/day. Many restaurants near by. Great pool with free sunbeds. I would definitely come back!
