Villa Aloni

Villa Aloni is a brand new 4-bedroom Villa with a sea view private pool, located in the small traditional village of Agios Georgios, 6 km from the town of Kissamos. The famous sandy beach of Falasarna is located 8 km away and the tropical style beach of Elafonisi 48 km away.

The ground floor of the Villa has an open plan living room with a fireplace, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. One bedroom with a double bed, one separate room with a sofa bed which turns into a double bed, and a common luxury marble shower bathroom are provided.

The upper floor offers two bedrooms with an en-suite bathroom each. The master bedroom with a double bed, an office area, a bathtub and an en-suite wc, and a twin bedroom with two single beds, which can be converted into a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom.

Guests can enjoy a relaxing time in the big grassy courtyard with beautiful sea views. A lovely private swimming pool of 60 sqm with sun loungers and sun umbrellas, a garden with fruit trees and herbs, and a barbecue corner are provided.

Free wireless internet, air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher are offered. LCD 50” TV in the living room, LCD 32” TV in the 2 bedrooms, Satellite TV, CD player and DVD player are also provided.
