Pnoe Urban Living

We stayed at PNOĒ Urban Living for 3 nights and overall had a great experience. The apartment was super spacious — honestly, a bit too big for my personal taste, but that’s totally subjective. For many people, the large spaces will definitely be a big plus. Everything was spotless — both the main areas and the bathroom, which was also very convenient. The small kitchen came with all the basic utensils you'd need. Bathroom amenities were available, though quite simple/basic. The location felt safe and was well-connected. Plenty of food options nearby, along with mini markets and supermarkets within walking distance. The main square of Nea Smyrni is about a 5–10 minute walk. It’s a place that feels more like a hotel than a typical Airbnb — there’s a reception desk (not 24/7, but available until late afternoon), and they offer breakfast upon request. Overall: very clean, very spacious, in a good area, with all the essentials. We stayed on the 2nd floor. Would definitely recommend!

PNOĒ means ‘breath’ in Greek as πνοή while Ēaros means ‘spring’, and this place truly lives up to these wonderful names. We’ve stayed in both, our rooms were spacious, well supplied, and spotless clean. The staff are always as sweet as spring breeze😉 The experience with Pnoē & Ēaros definitely added a’breath of life’ into our stay in Athens.

Very good windows and a nice bakery just one block away

Erta made our stay warm and very inviting, nothing was too much trouble, The rooms were spacious and clean, bathrooms and kitchenette were fully stocked. Very comfy bed and couch and the cafe up the road even delivered breakfast at a discounted rate through a deal PNOĒ has with Peggy Sue. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Gorgeous Hotel with a stunning view! The rooms are big and everything is so clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful in any matter. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely pick this hotel again for our next visit in Athens!
