The property is located just 100m from Neos Marmaras’ center, where you may find the local market with many shops and services as well as cafes, bars and also traditional restaurants & taverns. 

The perfect cleaning and our constant presence in the unit are basic conditions for us. Every room features a kitchenette with two hotplates for the preparation of small meals, refrigerator, air condition + air fans in some of the rooms, television and FREE WIFI-INTERNET covering the units. Furthermore, there is a barbecue facility in the garden which you may use at your own convenience. All rooms offer large balconies, some of which overlook the village and the mountains, while others the sea.The local beach with its golden sand and crystal-clear waters is located around 600m from our unit and there are also free parking places around the property.
