Melina Bay Boutique Hotel

Excellent location in the heart of the port. The service was great from start to finish. The breakfast each morning was delicious with a great array on offer. The rooms were spacious and we had a nice balcony. We got two single beds instead of a double but no big deal. AC is okay. Overall good offering for the price point and would recommend

Beware of the towel police 🚔 The breakfast was truly excellent — fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, honeycomb, and changing local specialties. Most of the staff were kind and professional. However, one receptionist reacted very poorly to our polite feedback about the low-quality juice and instant coffee. She became defensive, denied us pool towels (even though Booking.com clearly lists them as included), and claimed that "no one had ever complained before" — a dismissive and unhelpful response that felt more like an excuse than a solution. We later noticed similar complaints in other Google reviews, so clearly we weren’t the only ones. There’s no elevator, gym, or spa — things you'd typically expect from a boutique hotel. Parking is about 500m away in a public lot with no guaranteed spaces, which is inconvenient. Rooms can be quite noisy due to thin windows, and the bright blue and white outdoor lighting made restful sleep difficult. In short: a lovely location and excellent food, but the attitude of one staff member and the lack of key amenities don’t justify the “boutique” label or the €200 per night price.

After 25 years of going to south east Asia,my wife and I decided to try corfu and picked the Melina bay kassiopi,Best decision we could have made.hotel was perfect, from location to staff to rooms, in fact everything was superb restaurants,bars, shops,harbour,all on your doorstep. Kassiopi it's self is absolutely stunning, so if you're thinking of going ,don't, JUST GO you won't regret it.

A beautiful and quiet little hotel that overlooks the port of Kassiopi. Staff are so friendly and helpful and the hotel is in a brilliant spot for casual walks, sitting in a café or soaking up the sun round their pool.

Stayed August 24’. Started off the holiday with the hotel arranging a taxi from the airport. Great! Check in was perfect. The lady behind the desk couldn’t have been nicer. The room was perfectly clean. The view over the harbour was incredible. The shower was literally the best shower I have ever used. The breakfasts were lovely. The stay was brilliant. Will stay again and 100% recommend.
