Paradise on earth! Me and my family are having the most amazing and special holiday here. Literally cannot fault a thing..pools are fabulous, the surroundings are beautiful and clean, staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is delicious. Only visited the buffet and grill so far and it is supreme. Beach is lovely too. Great location to visit Lindos and honestly the prettiest hotel we have seen on Rhodes. So glad we chose to come here. ❤️

Simply a perfect hotel. We stayed at the hotel for 6 days and had an excellent and fun experience. The hospitality was amazing, with a wonderful staff. The kids enjoyed every moment and simply didn’t want to leave the hotel. Special thanks to Andreas at the reception and George, the front desk manager – both are lovely people who helped wholeheartedly with every question and request. If I return to Rhodes, it will definitely be to this hotel only!

The property is okay, although its prime days are long gone. The service, however, was absolutely disappointing. Stay in early June 2025, 2 adults + 1 child (traveling with a one-year-old), package holiday with TUI. THE PROPERTY: The hotel grounds are open. The pools and the children’s pool were okay — surprisingly, we usually didn’t have a problem finding a free sunbed. The elevator was rather inefficient and lacked air conditioning, although that’s a minor issue. There were only two elevators in the main building — definitely not enough for a complex of this size. Given all of the above, the disgusting coffee and the lack of non-alcoholic beer at the bar stop being worth mentioning. PARKING: Our stay began with the unpleasant surprise that there was no parking, even though the offer clearly stated that hotel parking was available (subject to availability). It turned out that the hotel didn't have a single parking space. The only nearby option was parking by the roadside where "No Parking" signs are posted, and the police eagerly issue fines to tourists. About 500 meters away there is a construction site which the hotel reception actually recommended to us as a parking spot — unfortunately, it’s full of sharp stones and there are even occasional snakes. One time, we stopped our car directly in front of the hotel for literally 3 minutes to load our baby and stroller, and a hotel employee came and rudely told us to move the car immediately.

It’s rare I leave slightly negative reviews on places I visit but I feel it is important to review this particular hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 10 nights and totally understand why others state in their reviews that this is not a 5* hotel. I’ll start with the positives - the complex is huge and we loved the room we were put in. Really spacious, comfortable beds & a powerful shower! We were fortunate enough to be based next to the main pool which we loved. The pools on offer are brilliant - different vibes for different people. We spent the majority by the main pool as it was relaxed with minimal noise. Cleanliness - I personally found the place to be spotless. Housekeeping everyday along with the hotel itself being kept clean. Staff work incredibly hard to keep the place clean & tidy, along with some friendly staff on the bars / reception etc. Although you can’t compare to a 5* resort in the likes of Mexico or even turkey, my husband & I have stayed in better 3* hotels in Europe with more to offer. We personally found the food to be very limited, repetitive and lacking in inspiration, particularly in the buffet lounge. The a la carte restaurants were good but that’s if you were lucky enough to get booked in. The Mexican restaurant was delicious. The drinks - dear me…. I tried numerous cocktails and after 2, I found them overly sweet & sickly. I never drink beer at home but found myself drinking it most the time at the hotel as couldnt stomach the cocktails and spirits. Even the Irish cream was weak and tasteless! I did however, enjoy a slush with white rum for something more refreshing by the pool that wasn’t too sickly sweet. The mosquitoes - I have never experienced anything like it in my years of being on holiday. They’re EVERYWHERE and the bites are extreme. The level I went to in spraying myself was wild - along with plug ins, burners and creams. So many people were bitten horrifically. I was demented after day 2 and stayed in my room most nights of the holiday to avoid more & more bites. If you need an iron - you have to pay €7 PER HOUR to use it - without an ironing board!! What’s that about!!???? And small touches like having to pay for your own bottles of water is rare at a 5* and even 4* hotels! Location - there is absolutely nothing nearby. But there are plenty of buses to take you around the island and a taxi to Lindos was only €25 euro. If it wasn’t for the fact that during our holiday, more family members joined us on day 3, (attending a wedding) I would have been desperate to come home. It’s the only holiday I’ve had that I feel I would never consider returning to as I feel it is not good value for money and is not a 5* experience in the slightest.

The hotel was decent but nothing to write home about. The rooms were clean, though a bit basic, and the service could have been more attentive. What really made my stay memorable was the spa. Paola gave me an absolutely perfect massage – truly relaxing and exactly what I needed. She’s clearly experienced and passionate about what she does. A real highlight of the trip!
