La Madeleine Oia Suites & Caves

Lovely place with lovely rooms in a more quite part of Oia, but unfortunately we got put in Room 7, where the shared wall is very thin is next to the neighbours toilet and you can hear all the hacking, spitting, peeing and other sounds that you can imagine. Feels like some poor construction unfortunately, not sure what the owner can do about it but yes it's pretty gross! Added on to this the outside seating area is next to the bathroom window. The other thing that didn't work is the TV request for service which was unfortunate. Otherwise not a bad place, just not as great as it could be.

Loved everything about the hotel and the customer service. Beautifully built and modern. Equipped with everything you need like coffee bar, fridge , breakfast and cocktail jacuzzi. Stayed for two nights and it wasn’t enough. The view of the caldera church from the roof top was incredible along with the jacuzzi big enough for 4 ppl. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Everything is nearby including shopping restaurants and amoudi bay. Must visit. Roudina and Ishmaile took good care of my family. Small things they do for you will leave a big impact like extending the check out time of availability permits and arranging a help to drop the luggage to the nearest pick up point etc. Couldn’t have asked for a better hotel for this trip with family.

During my recent stay at La Madeleine in Oia, Santorini, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional hospitality provided by Rudina and Ismail. Their attentiveness and dedication ensured a memorable and comfortable experience throughout my visit. The highlight of my accommodation was the breathtaking view of the iconic blue domes, visible directly from my room’s private terrace. This serene setting was further enhanced by a private lawn and balcony, offering an intimate space to relax and soak in the picturesque surroundings. The addition of a private jacuzzi on the balcony provided the perfect touch of luxury, allowing for relaxation while enjoying the stunning vistas. La Madeleine seamlessly combines traditional Cycladic architecture with modern amenities, creating an ambiance that is both authentic and comfortable. The suite was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and aesthetic appeal.  The central location of the hotel in Oia made it convenient to explore the charming village, with its array of shops, restaurants, and scenic spots. Despite its proximity to the bustling center, the hotel maintained a tranquil atmosphere, providing a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration. In summary, my stay at La Madeleine was nothing short of exceptional, thanks to the remarkable hospitality of Rudina and Ismail, the stunning blue dome views from my private terrace, and the luxurious amenities provided. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an unforgettable experience in Santorini.

Great location, staff very helpful, assisted with booking activities around the island. Private pool in our suite was fantastic also.

If you want to experience an unforgettable experience of Oia, definitely you should stay here. Very modern and stylish suites with a great breakfast served in the suite and a wonderful jacuzzi. More importantly, the staff is on top of the list. Very kind and generous people who were always willing to help. They kindly offered us an extra suite free of charge and they let us stay after check out time. Totally happy with the whole experience.
