Helios Beach Hotel & Bungalows is a fully refurbished - during winter 2021-2022 – 4* Superior hotel located directly on the famous sandy beach of the Amoopi on the eastern part of the island Karpathos in Dodecanese - Greece. 55 fully renovated rooms with garden view, partial sea view, sharing pool and Junior Suites for max 4 persons overlooking the Aegean sea, the gardens and the mountains of Karpathos Island, are at the disposal of our guests for offering them an exceptional experience.

    A wondeful hotel with great beach in the front with shades and sunbeds completed with a beach bar with great drings and snacks. The staff was friendly and helful to assist with a smile either when serving or asking questions for places to visit and traditional food. Special thanks to Kostis and George in the Service Panos in the bar and the girls in th lobby. Impressed by the Manager about her enthousiasm to help and guide, also by the son of the owner who worked enthousiastically in service. The room was good, clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay with my wife between July 10th to 18

    All in all, it was a very nice stay. With a few conspicuous features. The facility was not quite finished. But NOT a construction site. I have to say that there was no pool bar and in the evening no possibility to end the day either in the beach bar or in the pool bar. The dinner in menu form was always appealing and has - at least us - always tasted very good. I for myself have never in my life eaten so much salad on so many days in a row. :-) A big thank you to all the hotel staff, who were always friendly. Outstanding there still the receptionist Gabriella from Slovakia. Always there for us and all questions, small problems or support with a smile and with competence done. I believe that the facility in the "final development" is even more beautiful and fits perfectly with this beautiful island.

    Almost finished renovated hotel on a beautiful island. Unfortunately there was no possibility to end the day at a bar in the evening. Special thanks to Gabriela from the reception. Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Beach service could be improved at 20 euros/day (sunbeds should be clean in the morning). Breakfast and dinner was excellent and recommended

    It was a very nice experience. The rooms were very clean, the area extremely hygienic. The stuff was amazing and very nice. The location is quiet on a beautiful beach, the city center is very close too! On the last day my husband got sick & they offered as another room to stay in, medicine and room service. Very kind and caring! Would 100% recommend!

    Terrible experience… although the crew were very polite the service was lacking we didn’t get the room we booked we got downgraded in a really small room. There were technical issues such as bathroom drains and a/c leak.
