Elios Hill

Amazing stay at Elios Hill – highly recommended! We were two families staying for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is modern, clean. The staff was kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. Breakfast lunch and dinner were fresh and varied, with good vegetarian options too. The rooftop bar area was a favorite for everyone, especially in the evenings. Only minor downside: located on a hill and has low frequency of transportation. Overall, a fantastic stay – we would definitely come back!

A perfect hotel for kids. The staff is very nice and courteous. We sincerely thank Elias, Joanna, Elena, and the rest of the hotel staff, who were always happy to help. We really enjoyed the pool, the water slides, the soccer field, entertainment team and the evening shows. In addition to the dining room, the pool bar that served lunch for the kids, and the ice creams at the canteen, we really enjoyed the Asian restaurant. There is also an adults-only section in the hotel, but we didn’t get a chance to visit it since we were with the kids. Thank you so much for everything

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying here - a home away from home. We planned a 5-day vacation, which was extended by one week when Israel closed its airspace. During this time, the staff made our stay enjoyable, entertaining, and unforgettable. The hotel room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was excellent. Beyond the basics, hotel manager Giorgos Mpolakis made sure we had everything we needed. Guest Relations Manager Chryssa Garefalaki was available at all times, as were Michalis Koutandos, Front Office Manager and his staff, especially Giorgos Sfakanakis. Maria Papadaki at the main restaurant was extrenely helpful, while Hamid Alwan of the entertainment team was a true star! My 8-year-old daughter was in awe of the nightly shows, from magicians to actors, acrobats, and more. When she was slightly injured at the swimming pool, Lifeguard Maria Kanaki was available with first aid. At the pool kiosk, Ray was patient and kind as my 10-year-old son practiced his English on her while ordering nuggets and water. My daughter said the staff was like family. A beautiful hotel with plenty of amenities. All areas are clean, modern and have lovely atmospheres. The jewel in their crown is the staff. Every member of staff exceeded our expectations. Professional, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for us. The beach is not walkable however the hotel bus is reliable. We would return and do recommend a visit.

I’m happy to share the absolutely amazing experience my family and I had from the moment we arrived, everything was simply perfect. The hotel itself is of an exceptionally high standard, modern, beautifully designed rooms with top-quality finishes and a super comfortable bed that made it hard to get up in the morning! The food was fresh, delicious, and of the highest quality throughout the day. We were traveling with our daughter who has celiac, and the kitchen staff was simply incredible, so attentive, careful, and kind. They made sure she had safe, tasty gluten-free meals every single time. In fact, the food was so good that the whole family would wait for her to finish just so we could try her gluten-free dishes too! Our kids had the time of their lives splashing around in the pool, laughing and playing endlessly. The hotel facilities are outstanding: an indoor football field, game rooms, and so much more to keep the whole family entertained. We treated ourselves to a spa day, and it was heavenly. The treatments were professional and relaxing, the wellness facility was brand new and amazing. But the true highlight of our stay was the staff. We've traveled to many places around the world, but we have never experienced such kindness, warmth, and genuine care. Every single person went above and beyond, and the hotel manager, what a special man! It was both an honor and a pleasure to be welcomed so warmly. We wholeheartedly recommend Helios Hills to anyone visiting Crete or anywhere in Greece. Thank you for an unforgettable stay! We will definitely come back.
