Domus Renier Boutique Hotel is a dream every visitor of the city would love to live. It constitutes a part of Chania’s Venetian period history, closely linked to some of its protagonists: the Reniers, one of Venice’s leading noble families, who lived in this building.
The main building of the Renier Townhouse, once dominating Venetian Harbour, has today become Domus Renier Boutique Hotel. An architectural gem that, after many decades of silence, stands again glorious in the most central point of the old town of Chania.

18.07.2025We had an amazing stay here. This was the last hotel of our honeymoon trip and by far the most elegant hotel we've ever stayed at. The staff were all amazing. The room was immaculate and the view was beautiful. Our little balcony was such a delight. The breakfasts included a delightful little tower of treats, coffee, and an entree off of the menu. Nothing here could have been nicer, cleaner, or more lovely. 11/10

20.07.2025One of the best hotel stays we've ever had. They upgraded us to a larger room with an amazing view. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction and made our trip very special. The included breakfast was fantastic. We would come back and I can recommend this place without any hesitation. One tip was that I didn't realize you can ask them to help you with your bags and coordinate where to meet. We tried to drive to the hotel, and there's no access via car so we had to drag our heavy bags to the hotel, but that was my fault.

10.08.2025We had an amazing time staying 4 nights at Domus Renier. Georgia and Sandi at the front desk were extremely helpful and very fun to interact with daily. They went above and beyond and made our trip feel extra special. I highly recommend this boutique hotel.

13.07.2025We stayed in Chania for six nights and we couldn't have been better looked after. The staff were obliging and extremely friendly and were happy to recommend restaurants and ideas for sightseeing. Our room overlooked the delightful Venetian harbour but was very quiet. Overall all a lovely experience

10.08.2025We had a wonderful time at this hotel! Staff was very accommodating and friendly, the rooms were beautiful, and all of the food, especially the breakfast, was delicious. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back myself!
