15.08.2025I stayed for a week with my family in this hotel and… what can I say? Total disappointment. I had posted a first review on the very first day, which I later deleted to give the hotel the benefit of the doubt and wait until the end of our stay. But now I am reposting it to warn others. First of all, we were “summoned” by the hotel manager about my review and treated with utter contempt. Yes, the breakfast is awful and dirty. Yes, the room was disgusting: yellowed sheets, floors never cleaned, and our bodies itching all over. The pool was filthy beyond words : dirty water, guests eating and drinking in it simply revolting. On top of that, people leave their towels on the loungers overnight, so unless you wake up very early, you won’t get a place by the pool. And to make matters worse, ALL of our swimsuits turned yellow without even being washed due to the appalling hygiene and the dirty water in the pool. The manager refused to listen to any of our concerns, insisting her hotel is “wonderful”. Well, for the price we paid for a so-called 4 star hotel, cleanliness should be the bare minimum. Completely avoid this place.

13.08.2025My family and I had a really positive week stay at this hotel. Friendly staff and the hotel restaurants are very good. Pool is nice and plenty of room for everyone. Probably could do with more parasols amongst the sun loungers. Great snack bar during the day by the pool and also a swim up bar. Very clean throughout and lovely maintained gardens. Hotel cats were a nice addition and everyone enjoyed feeding and playing with them. Only real downside is hearing ppl above, who for whatever reason were dragging chairs across the floor at all hours but overall great hotel and handy location for the price.

06.08.2025Very good location, close to the sea with a good beach, shops and tavernas. Close to the bus stop to get to the old town of Rhodes, also close to car services. Delicious breakfast with a good selection of food, very kind and helpful staff. I really liked the hotel's beautiful garden and pools. I liked that there are various dinner options on the hotel territory and during the day I was pleased with the opportunity to buy delicious pancakes, waffles and ice cream. The grill restaurant had delicious food and excellent service. It was nice that when we arrived and waited for the room to be cleaned, we were offered a welcome drink, which we could comfortably enjoy in the bar hall by the pool. I really liked that various theme nights were organized and especially the Greek night. I was happy to dance the Zorba dance:))

13.07.2025Having just returned from a week's holiday here, I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The place was exceptionally clean, and the three main on-site restaurants all served delicious food. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The entertainment was quite enjoyable, and the bar staff, both day and night teams, provided a great deal of laughter. I certainly plan to return in the near future.

24.06.2025Me and my friends stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The hotel was very clean and well kept. All staff were extremely welcoming and always provided great service. We wanted to mention how great Alex was in the pool bar restaurant on the resort, as he always provided a brilliant service making us feel comfortable. 100% recommend this hotel to anybody, there’s something for everyone!
