Perfect stay – we’ll definitely be back! We had two rooms for three people each at Croco Mykonos and were absolutely thrilled. The hotel is stunning – beautifully designed, modern, and cozy at the same time. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed. One of the biggest advantages is the location: very central, so you can get to all the main spots on the island quickly and easily. Breakfast was excellent – fresh, varied, and prepared with care. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Everything was perfect – we have absolutely nothing to complain about and are already looking forward to our next visit to Croco Mykonos!

Outstanding stay. Unfortunately, we only had time to stay one day in Mykonos, but, during our short stay, everything was above expectations. To start, the accommodations were simply beautiful, the hotel's aesthetic is incredibly clean and modern. The service was even better, with all staff being super polite and attentive. As for the location, Croco is well positioned, being close to the port and about a 20-minute walk from town. Will certainly be coming back!

3 nights here. The facilities and service are first rate however the rooms are on the small side and you could hear the movement of other guests, particularly of a night. The view from balconies is good. The location is not great as typical Mykonos you cannot walk anywhere and you are locked into using the ridiculously expensive Mykonos transport options- for example a taxi into the old port is €30 and a transfer from the Port only 1.5 kms away was €25 Personally a little disappointed with the overall experience.

The manager was very helpful throughout the stay, rooms were spacious and had all the amenities required for a proper stay. The best part was the restaurant had plenty vegetarian options and Maria was very helpful and kind to serve to our wishes. Overall a great stay with the best view.

Disappointing Experience – Not Worthy of 5 Stars I travel frequently and have stayed in countless hotels, giving me a solid benchmark for comparison. I booked three nights directly through the hotel’s website in a Junior Suite with a whirlpool and sea view – and honestly, I struggle to understand how this hotel qualifies for five stars, given the partially run-down condition of the property. Sleep? Nearly Impossible. The Junior Suite is located on the ground floor directly facing the main road. The noise level is extreme, especially at night – restful sleep is out of the question. Hygiene & Maintenance – Far Below Standard. The room was small and full of dead insects, with no explanation where they came from. The toilet emitted an unbearable stench reminiscent of a sewage plant. The outdoor whirlpool was dirty from the moment I arrived – full of sand and insects, with broken plastic covers on the suction inlets. Getting in is risky; I ended up with splinters in my feet from the rough wooden deck. Sun loungers by the pool were stained and worn out. After housekeeping on the first day, the two used pool towels were removed, but no replacements were provided. Poorly Executed Renovation. The hotel may have undergone some renovation, but it seems purely cosmetic and far too superficial. The infrastructure is clearly in need of substantial reinvestment to meet any 5-star expectations. Unfulfilled Promises. My booking included a 50€ food credit as part of a website-only offer – yet at check-in, this was neither mentioned nor honored. The gym is a joke: four random dumbbells, no clean towels, an empty water dispenser, full of mosquitoes, and an intense sweat odor. Not a place where you want to work out. Customer Service – Rigid & Unhelpful. I addressed the poor room condition at reception and asked to shorten my stay from three to two nights. The response: the manager had decided no refund would be granted – an extremely unsatisfactory policy. For future stays, I will absolutely book through Booking.com, where customer service holds hotels accountable and ensures fair solutions when expectations are not met. As compensation, I was offered a free lunch or a room change – neither of which made sense. The lunch credit should have already been included in my booking, and I had booked the highest room category, so switching rooms for a single night would only have added more hassle. What Did Work? The only positives worth mentioning: the breakfast is excellent, and the concierge and breakfast staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. They deserve full credit
